The former Asian junior champion is currently fifth overall against the same riders who he will do battle with in the Victoria Games in just over a fortnight's time. Wong is only 37 seconds behind the Tour leader from Canada after three stages.

Hung Chung-yam, the territory's other talented cyclist currently making a comeback, is 13th overall while Hui Chak-bor is 36th and Chan Lung 42nd overall.

The British Columbia Classic winds up today with a criterium race.
