THE Guinness is not yet flowing, the brickies are adding the last touches to the bar and the musicians are still tuning up. But some leprechauns seem to have got onto the Irish grapevine, with some people getting the message that the Irish bar, Delaneys, will be taking orders tonight - while it actually won't be open until next Friday. ''It started this morning when a woman called up and said she was sorry she couldn't make it for the opening party and would see me tomorrow,'' co-owner Sam Roch-Perks told us yesterday. ''I asked what she meant, and she said she'd be meeting some friends here. While she went off to cancel, someone else called and told me there'd be about 60 people meeting here this Friday night.'' Sam says he hopes no-one turns up tonight - it wouldn't say much for Irish hospitality if a party arrived and couldn't get a drink.
