THE territory's biggest developers have expressed interest in joining Kowloon Canton Railway Corp (KCRC) to develop the $5 billion commercial complex on the five-hectare site in the Hunghom Bay reclamation area.

      Swire Properties, Sun Hung Kai Properties and New World Development have expressed interest in bidding.
