A THREE-STOREY European-style home located at No 5G Black's Link at Wan Chai Gap is expected to jointly fetch $180 million when it is put out for public tender, according to Renu Budhrani, residential director for Chesterton Petty.

Ms Budhrani said that due to a lack of luxury accommodation and the continuing strong demand for such property, the home would fetch an attractive price.

The upmarket property is situated on the southern side of Hong Kong Island at Black's Link.
