SCOTTISH striker Lee Bullen scored a hat-trick yesterday as Golden notched the first victory of their tour of Vietnam - a 3-2 defeat of Cong An (Vietnamese Police). But the victory was marred by some poor refereeing. Towards the end of the game, left-winger Lee Fuk-wing was pushed by a Cong An defender. The referee missed the foul and a row blew up between players of both sides. Golden player-coach Carlton Fairweath described some of the referee's decisions as ''very silly''. ''They nearly started a fight,'' he said. Golden, who were beaten 2-0 by Cong Saigon last Sunday and drew 1-1 with Hai Quan on Tuesday, now face the toughest game of the tour, against the Vietnamese national team tomorrow before returning to the territory on Monday.
