TRADE Minister Billy Judono will lead a trade mission to Australia next week and to Africa next month to promote exports. Mr Judono is scheduled to leave for Australia next Wednesday, the Jakarta Post quoted the chairman of the National Agency for Export Development, Rudy Lengkong, as saying. The mission is aimed at diversifying markets for Indonesia's non-oil exports, and will visit several African countries, including Kenya and South Africa. Indonesia and South Africa opened diplomatic relations early this year and since have raised them to full ambassadorial level. Indonesia's non-oil exports last year rose 16.2 per cent to US$27.07 billion from US$23.29 billion in 1992.
