A TEENAGER who failed to whisper his sweet nothings to his girlfriend ended up in a fight with neighbours. Magistrate Jonathan Acton-Bond heard Wong Yiu-cheong, 16, was chatting to Ma Lai-shan, 14, at a staircase in Wai Tsui House, Wan Tsui Estate, Chai Wan, at 9 pm on August 15. Kan Cheong, 41, asked the two to keep their voices down. A fight ensued and Mr Kan's elder brother, Kan Ming-kee, 44, also joined in. In Eastern Court yesterday, the brothers agreed to be bound over in the sum of $600 to keep the peace for 12 months while Wong signed a good behaviour bond in the sum of $100 on his own recognisance and $500 in surety for 12 months.
