THE mother of a young female assistant film producer who has been missing for almost a week made a desperate plea yesterday for information on her whereabouts.

  Police fear Leung Ka-man, 21, might have been the victim of an accident.

  Her mother broke into tears as she said: ''She might have been abducted or attacked . . . anyone who has taken my daughter, please give her a chance and release her. We all miss her so much.''   Police said it was unlikely she had been kidnapped. She moved out of the family home in Tseung Kwan O, about two years ago to share a flat in Sam Tung Uk village, Tsuen Wan.

  Miss Leung, who works for Westdale Interior Design, has not been seen since last Wednesday.
