Taxi proposal

VISITORS to China may have taxis and buses as alternative transport next year. The New Territories Taxi Operators' Association yesterday said the Transport Department had approved the setting up a transfer station at the Lok Ma Chau border crossing so commuters could take a taxi to the station, then change to a shuttle bus to Shenzhen.
