UPS gives guarantee

UNITED Parcel Service (UPS) is offering a money-back guarantee for its express deliveries.

It covers virtually every major city and business centre in 62 countries with the guarantee for both express documents and packages.

From Hong Kong, UPS is guaranteeing the delivery of express shipments to 62 countries, including the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.

It promises that an express document from Hong Kong will be delivered to any point in the US by the next business day, and by the second business day in London.

The company started the guarantee on exports from the US to the rest of the world on March 21.

Under the guarantee, UPS will either refund or credit shipping charges if shipments are not delivered on time.
