PATTI DAVIS is at it again, this time appearing in the buff on video.

  The rebel stepdaughter of former president Ronald Reagan said she liked her Playboy magazine layout so much that she made a Playboy video.

  The video, due to be released early next year, features Davis kick-boxing in a gym, in the nude, with a young man.

  In an interview to be broadcast on Entertainment Tonight, Davis said women seemed to like her magazine photos.

  'I think a lot of women appreciated that at 41 I did this,' she said. The Reagans had no comment.
