Henderson puts more units up for sale

HENDERSON Land Development is to sell more units in its two property developments in China today and will increase prices by three per cent to five per cent over the previous sale.

Because of the strong response to the last two offerings, the company will put an additional 14 office units in Tower Three of Henderson Centre in Beijing on the market.

An additional 35 residential flats in Shanghai's Skycity will also be up for sale.

The price for Henderson Centre averages HK$2,888 a square foot, five per cent higher than the last offering last week.

The average selling price at Shanghai City will be $1,330 a square foot.

David Cheung, manager at Henderson's sales department, said all units in Tower Three in Henderson Centre and one residential block in Skycity would be sold in the latest offer.
