CHINA and Poland signed co-operative agreements in construction and the chemical industry yesterday during a visit by Polish premier Waldemar Pawlak. Mr Pawlak met premier Li Peng on Thursday. Mr Li said China attached great importance to its economic ties with Poland and would like to strengthen them, especially in the area of energy, Xinhua reported.
