Extravagant

I READ with interest the advertisement put in the press recently by the Community Chest.

With the understanding that the Community Chest is a fund-raising organisation, I cannot see why staff should have to operate from a most trendy commercial building like the NatWest Tower of Times Square.

Would somebody from the Community Chest please explain why it should spend so much of donors' money on rental?
