A KEY feature of the Expo is its theme pavilions, each focusing on a specific area of IT application. Among these, the HKIE-IT Village will present the theme 'Application of IT in engineering.' Users stories, the IT Quiz, forums and seminars will definitely be of interest to visitors. One of the exhibits highlights is the use of robotics and CAD/CAM technology. A Cantonese voice-controlled robotic arm will be on display to demonstrate the movement of chess pieces in response to voice commands.
