A LAUNDRY worker alleged to have conspired to kidnap 10-year-old schoolboy Eddie Wong, who was later killed, was bailed by Eastern Court yesterday.
Lui Chun-ngai, 22, faces a joint charge of conspiracy to kidnap Eddie on September 26.
Prosecutor Aaron Lee did not oppose Lui's bail and Magistrate Jonathan Acton-Bond granted him bail on $50,000 cash and surety.

Co-defendant Yip Sun-on, 20, who faces a further count of murder, was remanded in custody until November 2.
No pleas were taken.

The other two co-accused, Fong Ka-yan and Wong Fuk-tak, both 19, will reappear in Eastern Court tomorrow on a conspiracy to kidnap charge. Fong also faces a murder charge.
