OWING to the disposal of investment properties, Burwill Holdings has reported a 149 per cent jump in profit to $180.5 million in the year ended June 30, from $72.2 million previously.

Trading profit fell 10.4 per cent, from $62.2 million to $55.7 million, while earnings per share rose 132 per cent from 12.3 cents to 28.6 cents. The final dividend declared was eight cents.
