I AM deeply concerned about Hong Kong's water pollution.

The quality of our sea-water gets worse day by day, because of irresponsible people throwing refuse into the sea.
Every time there has been a typhoon nearby, I see lots of refuse floating towards Hong Kong's beaches.
Whenever I pass by the Repulse Bay barbecue site, I see litter that has been discarded there and is about to be blown into the sea.
Moreover, on some rainy days, I see parts of the sea near my house in Tai Tam, turning red.

The Government should do more to alleviate pollution and the people should be more environmentally conscious. I suggest that the Hong Kong Government follows Singapore's example, regarding laws over littering.
