DRAKE Beam Morin has appointed Webb Elkins as senior vice-president in its Hong Kong Office.
Mr Elkins, recently senior vice-president of Drake Beam Morin Inc. in its Boston office, will be involved in both marketing and provision of DBM outplacement services.
NAT West Markets, the corporate and investment banking arm of the National Westminster Bank group, has appointed Trevor Bush as managing director of its Hong Kong office.
He will be responsible for overseeing the expansion of its operations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
CAPITAL Asia Limited has appointed Charles Chong and Anthony Ho as the group's finance director and director respectively.
Mr Chong, who was previously financial controller of several publicly listed companies in Hong Kong, will be in charge of the firm's finance and accounting functions.
