AS French box-office idol Gerard Depardieu said to Keeping Posted just the other day, 'I am the biggest nose in show business'. So there's no point having a large conk if you don't put it to good use. Which is exactly what Depardieu, currently shooting a movie in town, did when he dropped by Papillon Restaurant in Lan Kwai Fong to taste some wine.

Not any old vintage, mind. It was Chateau de Tigne, from Depardieu's own winery in Anjou in the Loire region - his flagship red wine bearing the name Cyrano. Expressing it as only a Frenchman could he said: 'Everyday I speak with my wine.'
