Tsuen Wan set to hit heights in Aberdeen
TSUEN WAN Athletic Club start the defence of their Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association (HKAAA) Cross Country League today, when the first race of the new series is held at Aberdeen Reservoir, starting at 8.30 am.
The race is an eight kilometres event run in the hills above Aberdeen and is expected to attract most of Hong Kong's leading distance runners.
Tsuen Wan will be relying on a well tried combination that includes former internationals Kwok Hon-kwai and Wong Ip-chor and last year's Sun Hung Kai Properties champion Chan Wah-kwai.
On current form only a depleted Watson's Athletic Club squad is likely to offer much opposition.
