AN International jeweller in Hong Kong has paid a record US$9.9 million (HK$76.43 million) for a unique blue diamond ring at a Sotheby's auction. Siba Rare Jewels, with branches in New York and Hong Kong, picked up the 20-carat blue diamond at the New York auction.
