SWIRE Properties has registered a total of 159 prospective buyers for the sale of 21 flats in its Robinson Place development in Mid-Levels.

Estate agents said buying interest in the units was relatively strong because of the modest increase in the selling price for the latest batch.

The flats are being offered at an average price of $8,128 per square foot, a 2.4 per cent rise over the average of $7,935 per sq ft for the sale of 30 flats last weekend.
