ASSOCIATED International Hotels and Tian Teck Land have confirmed the details of loans made to Associated's 72 per cent subsidiary Austin Hills Country Resort, which is building a golf course in Malaysia. A statement said Associated had lent $186 million to the golf course development, which is $14 million more than originally announced in March. It said the difference was due to exchange rate fluctuations and not the cost of the project. Tian Teck owns 50.01 per cent of Associated.
