A MASSAGE parlour boss who thought his business partner was having an affair with his wife stabbed him to death with a 'sacred' knife used to ward off evil spirits, the High Court heard yesterday.
Wong Kin-sun, 35, knifed Tsui Chi-hoi, 41, through the chest 10 times in a frenzied attack as staff cowered in a nearby room.
Police discovered Tsui lying in a pool of blood on a staircase landing outside the Wong Dao Finland Palace parlour in Mongkok.
The stabbing took place just days after Tsui removed knives from the parlour because Wong seemed wound up.
He was killed with the one knife left out, which had been placed on the shrine altar for protection against evil spirits.
Prosecutor Caroline Ravenscroft said Wong, also known as Lo Lo, was a co-owner of the Shanghai Street parlour, but Tsui had run the business.
