Stanley Fort mix-up

I AM writing to clarify the article, 'Signs emerge of market upturn' (Sunday Money, October 30), which stated an 'unprecedented number of inquiries' had been received for 'the converted apartments and houses at Stanley Fort'.

While the number of inquiries has been unprecedented, the flats are not being converted, simply redecorated. The article also stated 'nearly 200 flats had been sold at Stanley Fort'. The flats and houses are only being offered for rental, for two years. I trust this clears up any confusion.
