NOBODY would have travelled further to compete in next weekend's Macau Grand Prix than Mike Miller. He's usually to be found behind the controls of a 16-wheeler - as jumbo jets are fondly referred to by their handlers - for Miller is a Cathay Pacific pilot. After participating over the border in the Zhuhai International Car Race last Sunday, Miller flew a full complement of passengers to Vancouver the same night and returns with another full load today. Then, by way of relaxation, he is best man at a friend's wedding tomorrow before jet-foiling it over to Macau to start practising in his 911 RS 3.2 Porsche for the Super Car race. Miller will as usual have his constant companion, Sarah Finch, in the pits, acting as - in her words - 'the moral support team'.
