Claim filed to recover Pao estate assets

The administrator of the estate of Pao Chi-li, the younger brother of legendary shipping baron and Worldwide Shipping Group founder Y. K. Pao, filed a claim in the Court of First Instance against Pao Chi-li's eldest son Raymond Pao Lun-kwok. HSBC Trustee sought a court order to allow it to start an action against Raymond Pao to trace and recover assets of Pao Chi-li's estate. Y. K. Pao brokered many Sino-British negotiations.
