Victorinox, a maker of Swiss army knives, is suing a mainland manufacturer for allegedly infringing its patent for the multi-functional tool. The Swiss firm filed a claim against its mainland sales agent, Plenty Harvest Tools Manufacturer, steel products maker Plenty Harvest Metal Factory (Group) and Huang Chaoyi, a director of the companies. Victorinox says they have infringed its patent and is seeking an injunction to stop them, and other relief.
