Canto-pop star Gloria Tang Zhi-kei, better known as G.E.M., is set to hold her first concert at the Coliseum this month, and she's been training hard. At 19, she'll be the youngest solo performer to headline the famed stadium in Hung Hom, but Tang doesn't feel any pressure. 'I've been working hard on my dance routines and exercising,' said Tang, whose routine for the show includes pole-dancing. The result of all the training has left the young singer with a skinnier figure than anticipated - the outfits originally planned for the show had to be modified. Tang's music video, The Voice Within, got extra publicity thanks to the endorsement of Carlos Douh, a YouTube video blogger who's become a mini-celebrity locally for his humorous Cantonese videos. In one, he proclaimed Tang to be 'super pretty', encouraging viewers to watch her music video. When asked about Douh's public display of fandom, Tang said she was flattered and found Douh's work to be very funny. Tang's concert series, Get Everybody Moving, takes place from May 14 to 16.
