Hong Kong's Landmark Mandarin's MO Bar will again host the Masters of Mixology from June 15-17. The event will attract some of the world's best bartenders from such martini-mad cities as New York, Tokyo and Melbourne. Each night will focus on a different theme, with the first showcasing pre-prohibition cocktails made with homemade bitters and hand-carved ice, the second focusing on the current trend of fusing East and West spirits, and the final night offering a taste of the exotic world of Tiki drinks. For those wanting to fully embrace the classic world of cocktails, a series of cocktail pairing dinners will allow diners to indulge their thirsting tastebuds, with the master mixologists serving up a drink to accompany each of the five courses.
