Professor Richard Reuben of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law will share specific tools and techniques that mediators can use to facilitate concessions that will lead to settlement. The workshop is suitable for novice and seasoned mediators. The fee is HK$900 and three Continuing Professional Development points will be awarded to workshop attendees.
