Kerry releases 38 more flats at Lions Rise
Kerry Properties yesterday launched another 38 flats in its Lions Rise development in Wong Tai Sin. The two-bedroom flats are 676 square feet to 680 sq ft in size and are on sale at an average price of HK$10,486 per square foot. Cash buyers will get a five per cent discount, for an average price of HK$9,962 per square foot.
Office rents surge in first three months of year
Office rents in Hong Kong were up by a quarter in the first three months of this year over prices a year ago, according to property consultancy firm CB Richard Ellis. The firm said demand for office space remained strong, with positive net absorption of 396,000 square feet in the quarter compared to a total of 210,000 sq ft in the final quarter of last year.
