Fung shui master Tony Chan Chun-chuen has complained to the Ombudsman and issued an open letter to the justice and police chiefs over his continuing legal woes in the wake of his failed claim to the fortune of Nina Wang Kung Yu-sum.
The Ombudsman does not have jurisdiction over law enforcement, but Chan has complained to the watchdog about the lack of public disclosure by the police of the results of forensic tests on an alleged 2006 will that he claimed gave him the late tycoon's HK$100 million estate. Chan says he has been under police investigation for 469 days, since he was arrested in February last year, the day after Court of First Instance ruled that the 2006 document was a forgery.
A spokesman for the Ombudsman yesterday said he could not comment on the complaint.
