The Chinese opera troupe performs: Waylaying the Horse, Executing Chen Shimei, Xu Ce Running to the City Wall and - in collaboration with Cantonese opera performers from Hong Kong (including guest star Law Kar-ying, far left with Shi Yihong) - King Chu Bids Farewell to His Concubine, Jun 7; The Pulley, On Broken Bridge, The Ugly Bride (from The Return of the Phoenix to the Nest) and Castigating Yan Song, Jun 8; and Famen Temple, Jun 9. In Beijing dialect with Chinese and English subtitles (King Chu Bids Farewell to His Concubine additionally contains Cantonese lyrics and dialogue).
