Ticklish questions raise a laugh

WHEN is a driver not a driver? Answer: when he's in financial services.

And when is a janitor not a janitor? When he's working in a restaurant.

The questions certainly raised a laugh. But that's because whenever Chim Pui-chung asks a question people laugh.

Usually it's because they don't understand the question, which invariably starts out in interrogative mode but finishes up as a statement.
