Imperial Cullinan unveiled

Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) has launched Imperial Cullinan on the waterfront of West Kowloon near Olympic station. The project consists of 650 units and a HK$500 million clubhouse. Starting price for the first batch is HK$18,688 per square foot, 15 per cent lower than the indicative price. SHKP has already sold more than HK$2 billion worth in the first few days. The entire project is due for completion next year.
