A new development in a prime area of West London is set to play its part in redefining the concept of contemporary urban living in the British capital. A nearby block in the same complex, offering similar configurations and quality, has already proved popular with investors. Its 204 apartments, which are ready for occupation from next month, quickly sold out, demonstrating the overall appeal of the area, the layouts and the amenities.
'The large landscaped areas between the blocks and overlooking the Grand Union Canal are something special, with integrated water features and strategically located trees to add greenery,' Wilkinson says.
Each apartment will have oak-veneered wood-strip flooring in the main living areas and hallways, with ceramic or porcelain tiling elsewhere. Double-glazed windows and acoustic insulation ensure quiet and privacy. Some balconies have glass balustrades, steel handrails and timber decking.
