Hong Kong-born Filipino William Tolentino says he has been a foodie for about five years. His interest in food was really sparked when his wife, Grace Tan, started cooking inventively.

Tolentino works at fine dining restaurant Sevva. Sometimes, he and his wife will dine out at other fine dining establishments but also at local Chinese restaurants. He doesn't have a particular favourite, saying that different restaurants make different dishes well. However, he says: 'I love the Dongpo Pork in Sheung Wan's Ho Choi Restaurant.'

Tolentino really appreciates that, although his wife works shifts in a hotel, she is still willing to come home and rustle up crab, a pork knuckle or his favourite prawn dishes. Tolentino likes tiger prawns, either deep-fried and served with vinegar or fried with garlic. On Father's Day last month, Tan made her husband of 17 years his favourite dish of prawns with fried rice. The couple have two children, one in the Philippines, one in Hong Kong.

Says Tolentino: 'I love my wife's cooking. She makes the family happy with the meals she cooks.'
