Ivana Wong figures it's time to shape up for her big night at Coliseum

Singer-songwriter Ivana Wong Yuen-chi showed up in a low-cut puffy dress on Monday at Causeway Bay's Neway CEO Karaoke bar to promote her concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum in October.

It will be her first performance at the prestigious venue and the stress might have taken its toll - she's lost a noticeable amount of weight.

'I've lost five pounds so far. But that's still far from enough. I wish I could lose another eight pounds at least,' she said.

The singer said her plan was to stick to daily exercise and dancing rehearsals. So when the time comes, what will she be wearing to flaunt her toned bod? 'I won't mind sexy costumes as long as they look elegant. There are many ways of looking sexy, you know,' she said.

Wong's Canto-pop idol friend Hins Cheung King-hin has offered to help her with the concert.

'Basically, he said he would take any role if necessary, be it booking flowers, food or socialising with the guests. Yeah, I'm really thankful for this,' she said.
