ONFEM Holdings says there are no guarantees in its plans to hive off a subsidiary for a separate listing on the exchange.

  In a statement released following press reports of the figures supposedly involved in the deal, ONFEM said that while an application for a separate listing of its 70 per cent owned subsidiary, Oriental Metals (Holdings), had been filed with the stock exchange, approval was not guaranteed and the terms of the new issue had yet to be finalised.
