A luxurious development, 75 Leman Street is a stylish environment in the heart of the city. Located in a historically rich and increasingly popular area of London, the 56 luxury residences in this refurbished Edwardian property boast a superior finish and build quality.

In the main entrance, we have sought to emphasise the original features  and elegant staircase.'
The luxurious bedroom suites will provide residents with the perfect place to unwind. 
Bedrooms are fully carpeted and will include fitted or walk-in wardrobes to maximise storage, and terrestrial and digital television points, telephone points with broadband capability and pre-wiring set up for a multiroom audio system including  an iPod docking station and hub.
Bathrooms and en-suite facilities have  white sanitary ware complemented by chrome fittings, mirrored vanity units with storage space and wet rooms will be fitted with full-height porcelain wall tiles. To add to the feel of luxury, all  the penthouse master en-suite bathrooms will have the latest 'tilevision'  televisions, with some also featuring a free-standing  stone bath.
The custom-made kitchens are modern, with a minimalist design providing fitted storage units, stylish stone worktops and stainless steel splash backs, stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. 
Penthouse kitchens will benefit from the addition of a built-in warming drawer, built in coffee machine and wine fridge.
The location is perfect for city workers who are after a quick commute.  There are four London Underground and Docklands Light Railway lines within 3-10 minutes' walking distance.
Connections to international destinations are accessible from King's Cross St Pancras International, which is 20 minutes away, and you can reach London City Airport in 35 minutes. 
For longer-haul destinations, Heathrow and Gatwick airports can be reached in just under an hour.
