Range of options

The Interlaken OCT Hotel Shenzhen offers a full-day meeting package for 550 yuan (HK$671) per person, and a half-day package for 450 yuan. Both packages require at least 30 people. The full-day package includes use of a meeting room from 9am until 5pm; two coffee breaks; lunch buffet; meeting stationery including writing pads and pencils; mineral water and mints; use of meeting equipment such as flip charts and white boards; use of LCD projectors and screens; and use of podiums, microphones and laser pointers. The half-day includes use of the meeting room (8am until noon or 2pm until 6pm); one coffee break during the meeting period; lunch buffet; meeting stationery and use of the meeting equipment and services.
