Event
AmCham 2011 Ball 'Moonlight Masquerade'   took place on April 20 with 376 attending, managed by CiEvents.
Objectives
 To create a memorable atmosphere of elegance, mystery and reflection; ensure the d?cor complemented the venue - Four Seasons Ballroom; achieve consistency across theming and d?cor; and ensure flawless execution and service.
Measures
These included dancers and an aerial artist to create a wow factor. By using the  ceiling lighting system, a moonlight blue glow was created.  
Challenges
The main challenge  was to create an amazing event on a tight budget. The venue  had  space for 400 people.
Results
The event was a tremendous success.
