With plenty of serious movie characters under her belt, her own nail salon and a rumoured budding romance with hunk mainland actor Huang Xiaoming, Angelababy Yeung Wing is a lang mo no more.
She recently added fashion design to her expanding portfolio. Yeung was booked to design for local fashion house b+ab. The brand flew Yeung to its latest autumn-winter fashion presentation in Shanghai's Peninsula hotel last week as its featured designer.
Her collection featured royalty-inspired styles in jet black and burgundy red. Feminine elements were also employed including faux-fur, princess cap sleeves and sheer fabrics.
The petite beauty wore a see-through sheer shirt and a matching skirt she designed to the fashion show. She was joined by mainland actresses Zhang Xinyu, Tian Yuan and starlet Annie Wu Chen-chun from Taiwan.
'I guess every girl has a dream to become a princess, hence the source of my inspirations,' said Yeung.
'I also think the high-waist trend is going strong because it gives you a cooler image and more structured silhouette. I hope in the stormy winter, girls can be not just pretty but also strong and confident.'
