Henry Chin \nHead of Asia-Pacific research and strategy\nPREI Chin is based in Hong Kong and responsible for developing and providing real estate investment strategies in the Asia-Pacific region. He joined the company from Deutsche Bank, where he held several roles, including global real estate strategist and co-head of real estate in the Asia-Pacific for the private banking business. Chin was also global real estate strategist at RREEF's offices in London and Hong Kong. He is an assistant professor at National Taipei University in Taiwan, a guest lecturer at Oxford Brookes University in Britain, and a regular speaker at the University of Hong Kong. Sandra Lau\nFunds distribution sales\nAXA Investment Managers Lau joins from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, where she was senior manager in the enforcement division from 2009. Prior to this, she was first vice-president in the sales and service division at China Construction Bank (Asia) and Bank of America (Asia) in Hong Kong. Lau held similar roles in various corporations, including HSBC Personal Banking, HSBC Asset Management, National Australia Bank, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and Bank of Montreal. She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management in the US and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto in Canada. Joyce Lo \nSenior vice-president \nPREI Lo is based in Hong Kong and responsible for supporting client management efforts and product development in the Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan) region. She was most recently at Sniper Capital, where she led capital raising and investor relations. Earlier, Lo spent more than 10 years at Lehman Brothers Asia, where she began her career in 1999 as an investment-banking analyst and became a vice-president and investment professional at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners. Following Lehman's bankruptcy, she continued to work for the fund under administration, and was chief administrative officer for Asia. Benett Theseira \nManaging director Southeast Asia \nPREI Theseira is based in Singapore and responsible for PREI's retail property investment portfolio. Before joining the company, he was president of MEAG Pacific Star Asia and Pacific Star Capital, responsible for its investment and fund management business in Asia for more than six years. Earlier, he held various roles with the CapitaLand Group, including managing director, Europe, and chief corporate and investment officer for CapitaLand's listed company, Ascott Group. He started his career with the Singapore government in the Ministry of Law as assistant commissioner of lands. Sidney Yuen \nManaging director & vice-president, Greater China\nNorthgateArinso Yuen will lead the company's growth strategy on the mainland, Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong. He has more than 30 years of management experience within the Asia-Pacific and Chinese human resources consulting and outsourcing industry. His career includes leadership roles at the Swire Group, BAT, American Express, Royce HR Management Consultants, Andersen Business Consulting and Convergys. Yuen holds postgraduate degrees from Limerick University in Ireland, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the former University of East Asia in Macau. Dominic Powers\nSenior vice-president, Asia-Pacific\nEpsilon Powers will continue to expand Epsilon's services in support of global and local brands. He will also develop solutions through strategic data analytics. A graduate of modern Chinese from the University of Leeds in Britain and Tianjin Normal University, Powers has lived, studied, and worked in various places across the Asia-Pacific since 1995. He is a board member of the Hong Kong Direct Marketing Association and the Asia Digital Marketing Association. He is also a regular presenter and commentator on data-driven marketing and privacy issues throughout the region. Albert Sim\n Executive vice-president\nDHR International Sim has more than 20 years of experience in senior human resources roles with global corporations. He was previously senior vice-president (group human resources) of the Nippon Paint Group in Asia where he spent more than a decade helping it become a leading supplier in the paint and coating market in China and Southeast Asia. He was also instrumental in identifying and assembling the management team to enter markets in South Asia. He has a Master's in Education from the University of Sheffield, an MBA from the University of Hull, and a Diploma in Translation (Chinese/English) from Nanjing University.
