PACIFIC Andes International Holdings notched up a profit attributable to shareholders of $32.5 million for the six months ended September 30, up 88 per cent from $17.29 million a year ago. An increase in turnover to $424.71 million from $181.72 million was also seen. Earnings a share was 14.5 cents, nearly double the 7.7 cents a share in the previous year. The directors proposed no interim dividend, saying the group only became a listed company after the end of the interim period.
