Comedy Central's roasts are always foul-mouthed, mischievous affairs in which no punches are pulled. Here are some of the best barbs from recent years.
John Stamos (below) on Bob Saget and his role as host of America's Funniest Home Videos: 'His entire job consisted of saying 'Take a look at this' - which is what he used to say to [sitcom Full House co-star] Mary-Kate Olsen in her dressing room.'
Gilbert Gottfried on Saget: 'I watched Bob's last HBO special in hi-def. Because in order to enjoy it, you have be either high or deaf.'
Seth MacFarlane on Donald Trump (below): 'Donald opposes abortion, which makes sense, because that may be his next wife you're killing.'
Snoop Dogg (right) on Trump: 'Now Donald says he wants to run for president. Why not? It wouldn't be the first time he's pushed a black family out of their home.'
Jeffrey Ross on Joan Rivers (right): 'You were my great-great-great-grandmother's favourite comedian. Who knows? Maybe next year, we'll roast the younger Rivers. Of course, I'm talking about the Amazon and the Euphrates.'
