SUGGESTION for an adventurous but cheap (only HK$12 for two) date - take a ride on the breathtaking roller coaster (that is, the No 1 green mini-bus), from Choi Hung to Sai Kung. It operates daily, usually, but not necessarily, after 9pm.

  The ride reaches a climax when you find yourself zigzagging wildly down the slope from Pik Uk to Nam Wai (advice: don't scream, hold on tightly to the back of the seat in front of you).
