A BLITZ yesterday caught 21 food vendors illegally cooking meals and seating diners on footpaths. The raids in Kwun Tong, Wan Chai and Kowloon City marked the start of a month-long crackdown in which Urban Services Department officers will make daily patrols of restaurants extending their premises.
